The Unrestricted Construction Supervisors Prep Class, also known as the Builder's License or General Contractor License, is a six week course that meets once a week on Wednesday evening on Live Zoom Webinar. 

The cost of the class is $350 *

*The price of our CSL License Exam Prep class and ABC License Exam Prep Class has increased as of 11/18/24.  Any person registered in full or with a deposit before this date will receive the old price of the class.

*The State of Massachusetts has updated to the 10th edition of the Building Code (2021) as of January 1, 2025.  The 9th edition (2015) can still be used concurrently with the 10th edition until June 2025.  After June 2025, only the 10th Edition can be used for class and job sites.

    If you want to pass the exam with ease take this class. Each week you will leave class feeling more confident. The classes aren't boring like other classes you hear of out there. This class is very entertaining and useful.
