HIC (Home Improvement Contractor) License Information .  If you are a Residential Contractor, you will need to have an HIC registration before applying for your Unrestricted CSL.

Digital licenses are available now! They are accessible through Office of Public Safety and Inspections (OPSI) Licensing Portal, My License One ("ML1"). Please read this job aid for step-by-step guidance for how to view/print your OPSI License.  

Once you have an account, you can view, download and/or print a copy of your license anytime, as well as change your name or address.  You can also check the status of your renewal.
