The State of Massachusetts updated to the 10th edition of the Building Code (2021) as of January 1, 2025.  The 9th edition (2015) is not acceptable for class or the State exam.

All licensed Construction Supervisors are required to have current code books on their job sites.  

All registered students will be updated in real time and will have the option to have us provide your books and pick them up at our office on a pre-scheduled date before your class or purchase your own books.  Do not purchase books from another vendor until we let you know which books you need to have for your class.
