International Building Code (IBC), 2021, Soft Cover

The State of Massachusetts updated to the 2021, 10th Edition on 1/1/25.  

This code applies to all buildings except detached one- and two-family dwellings and townhouses up to three stories.  Current code being used for Massachusetts State Exam.

Does not include MA Amendments or tabs.
