Materials

 The State of Massachusetts updated to the 10th edition of the Building Code (2021) as of January 1, 2025.  The 9th edition (2015) can still be used concurrently with the 10th edition until June 2025.  After June 2025, only the 10th Edition can be used for class and job sites.

* All registered students will be updated in real time and will have the option to have us provide your books and pick them up at our office on a pre-scheduled date before your class or purchase your own books.  Do not purchase books from another vendor until we let you know which books you need to have for your class.
